Latte Art is a method of preparing coffee created by pouring steamed milk into a shot of espresso and resulting in a pattern or design on the surface of the resulting latte (Source) . Ever since my trip to Italy, i've been fascinated and intrigued by latte art. I used to go to cafe downstairs by our apartment and order expresso's everyday while i was in the beautiful city of Torino (Turin). Till this day, the aroma of fresh ground coffee beans in an expresso brings back memories!
